CONTROL MOISTURE (order # D-1)
Moisture adsorbent silica gel for use in controlling moisture. Adsorbs water vapor at a greater rate than any clay desiccant. Chemically inert, non-corrosive and non-toxic. Breathable woven packet materials allow maximum exposure of silica gel crystals to surroundings. Can be "refreshed" and reused. 5 gram packets. Each packet covers approximately 1 gallon. (Approx. 2 3/4" long x 1 1/4" wide).
VISUAL MOISTURE CONTROL (order # D-2)
The same moisture adsorbent product above with the addition of color changing crystals. Packets turn from blue to pink indicating that the maximum moisture holding capacity of the desiccant has been reached and should be replaced. Breathable woven packet materials allow maximum exposure of silica gel crystals to surroundings as well as visual inspection of the color change. Can also be "refreshed" and reused. For non-food use. 5 gram packets Each packet covers approximately 1 gallon. (Approximately 2 3/4" long x 1 1/4" wide).
CONTROL ODOR (order # D-3)
Activated carbon is used to control objectionable odors and gases within packaged products. These odors and gases are removed through the process of adsorption. Many products contain gas and odor molecules of an objectionable nature. These molecules are readily adsorbed. 5 gram packets Each packet covers approximately 1 gallon. (Approximately 2 3/4" long x 1 1/4" wide).
OXYGEN ADSORBERS (order # D-4)
(Sorry no picture available) Oxygen adsorber packets irreversibly adsorb the oxygen inside sealed packagages.
Reduces residual package oxygen below 0.01% to maintain food freshness,
extend shelf life and maintain product appearance. Each packet covers 200 cc. (Approximately 2 1/2" long x 2" wide).
